Central heating is generally carried out when the average daily temperature is lower than 5 ℃, but with people’s higher pursuit of thermal comfort, the call for heating at 8 ℃ has gradually appeared, and many places have essentially carried out advance heating. In recent years, the development of air-source heat pump heating systems has provided conditions for personalized heating for some users. In order to explore the energy consumption increment in 8 ℃ heating mode of air-source heat pumps, combined with meteorological parameters, the calculation model of power consumption per unit design heating load in 5 ℃ heating mode and the calculation model of power consumption increase in 8 ℃ heating mode are established and verified. The results show that the power consumption of the air-source heat pump unit in 5 ℃ heating mode is mainly affected by the outdoor average temperature, average relative humidity and heating period. The energy consumption increment in 8 ℃ heating mode mainly depends on the outdoor average temperature in the additional days and the number of additional days in the heating season, and is almost not affected by relative humidity. When the percentage of heating increase days is less than 20%, the percentage in power consumption increase is generally lower than that of heating increase days by 6% to 11%. When the percentage of heating increase days is between 20% and 30%, the percentage of power consumption increase of the air-source heat pump is between 12% and 20%, which has a significant impact on the operating economy of the air-source heat pump system.
